Refund & Return Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your order or receive an incorrect item, you can request a return under our policy. The customer will pay the return courier charges, and once we receive the parcel in good condition, the refund amount will be processed.
- If the parcel has any transit damage, leakage, or incorrect fragrance received from our side, we will immediately replace or refund the order amount.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the package.
- Returned fragrance items must be in their original packaging, uncompromised, with all seals intact.
- Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days following receipt and inspection.
Exchange Policy
- We accept exchanges for wrong fragrance model or concentration delivered.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
- Courier shipping charges for exchanges are covered by the customer unless the error originated from our dispatch team.
Shipping & Nationwide Delivery
- All fragrance orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery across major cities in Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, etc.) is completed within 2–4 business days.
- Express courier tracking details are shared via SMS and email once dispatched.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled free of charge before the parcel has been dispatched.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but a return or exchange can be coordinated upon arrival.
